Avengers Assembled!?

So hopefully, by this time, everyone has seen the Avengers movie...if you haven't stop reading this and go see it. No spoilers here. I just want you to do yourself a favor and go see it. You owe it to your inner 10 year old, unless your inner 10 year old is a royal douche like most kids today, in that case go see it to reward yourself for having to deal with that prick...but I digress.
I have seen it 3 times...and that is a lot from me. I generally don't go out to movies because for the price I pay at the theater I can wait 6 months and own the movie at about the same price. That being said...3 times and hoping to make it 6. Now to show my excitement I have decided to start casting some of the other characters I want to see on the big screen. So with out further ado...

Eva Mendes as Tigra
I have been begging for this for years! Seriously...2005. I really can't tell you why, other than I have a thing for both Tigra and Eva Mendes. I'm pretty sure this would make my head explode...double entendre intended.
Please Hollywood. Make this happen.

Ryan Gosling as Iron Fist
I really don't feel like I need to explain this one either...have you seen Drive? No? Okay. But you couldn't help but hear everyone talk about him last year, yeah? No. what do you live in a barn? Never mind. Watch Drive and then you'll believe me.

Morena Baccarin as Wasp
What can I say?
She's beautiful, sassy, and has a history with Joss Whedon.

 Angie Harmon as She-Hulk
She's beautiful, strong, and funny. She has gone on record that she would love to play She-Hulk.
Plus she has a pretty good knowledge of She-Hulk and has no problem with the costume.

Clark Gregg as Vision
They could bring his consciousness back in the Vision robot.
We would at least get our beloved Agent Coulson back in some form.

That's it. There are plenty other Avengers, but these are a few I would like to see.

Iron Man 3 set pic!

Advanced Idea Mechanics; Better known as A.I.M.
My non comic book viewers might not get the references so let me break it down...this is COOL!
Especially if it means M.O.D.O.K. would be there. But I think the closest thing we are going to get is the Iron Patriot.

Why worry?

Each one of us is carrying an unlicensed nuclear accelerator on his back.

Here is a sneak peek of something I'm working on.

The Dark Knight Quits

I'm not a big fan of Christopher Nolan's Batman films, or should I say film since the 2nd one felt more like a Gotham PD movie, and I can honestly say I'm not looking forward to his next outing.
Before you tune me out give me a minute to explain.

I am a Batman fan and I have been since I was 5 (I'm 36 now). One of the big reason's I love Batman is he seldom gets discouraged or gives up, when he is faced with a monster of a problem, he just redoubles his efforts. I can remember twice that Batman retired: once because he got old...but he came back (The Dark Knight Returns), and once because his back was broken (Knightfall).

So far in the Christopher Nolan movies Batman has been discouraged or quit in all but the first one. Which makes me wonder how his Bruce Wayne became Batman at all. Didn't he dedicate a good part of his 20's to becoming an idea? I'm pretty sure the training leading up to it was more difficult than the actual job of being Batman. So why does Christopher Nolan seems to treat the Batman persona as a flippant whim, a la Tony Stark and Iron Man.

Don't believe me? Check out the new TV spot below.

I'm going to miss Jackie Chan.

It's probably old news to others...but Jackie Chan has decided to retire to focus on his charity work. I'm so going to miss his fighting genius.

The Doctor is in.

I can't wait to get my hands on this 1/6th scale 11th Doctor figure from Big Chief Studios. It runs about the same price has a Hot Toys figure so expect to drop a pretty penny.
You can pre order and check out more photos here
You can also go to your nearest comic store and order from them also, it is available through Diamond Dist.

BTW...there is an Amy Pond as well, and they are planning a 10th Doctor next.

Gina Carano is amazing!

She's #1 on my list...of women I would like to fight. I know I would get my ass kicked, but she would totally feel bad afterwards and give me pity love.
