Weirdness abound

Apparently the original poster of this video felt the need to remove it earlier today, so here's another version I found.
I don't know about everyone else but this creeps me right the f@*k out.
I still, however, stick to the theory of these being some kind of mutation of the cephalopod or Cnidaria family.

I'm not a big fan of the Wolverine movie (in fact I'd like to kick the director square in the face), but I do like Hugh Jackman's Wolvie, and this gets me tingly.
